| | Tori M. Appelhof was born in the city of Watertown, South Dakota and graduated from Waverly High School in Waverly, South Dakota. She received her Bachelor of Science from South Dakota State University in 2000 and received her Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in 2003. Ms. Appelhof is licensed to practice both in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota.
